Digital Product Delivery
All products sold at East Coast Mystic are digital products — including reports, readings, courses, workbooks, and books. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link, video or access instructions within 24 hrs.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your email. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us through our Contact page and we will resolve it promptly.
Refund Policy
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a digital product, video or custom reading or report that has been delivered or accessed.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it, including re-sending your download or offering a replacement.
Exceptions
Refunds or exchanges may be considered in the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- You did not receive your digital product due to a technical error on our end
- The product delivered was significantly different from what was described
Readings & Personalized Reports
For personalized psychic, tarot, or mediumship readings, please note that these are non-refundable once the reading has been delivered. If you have concerns about your reading, please reach out and we will do our best to address them.
